We provide the experience of our Concierge services to facilitate your stay and organise all the little details for you, ahead of your arrival or during your stay. Once your reservation is confirmed, our team will be in touch to ensure that you can benefit from their insight knowledge, recommendations, and contact with reputed suppliers.
You will find below some of our most requested services, however, if you are looking for something else, simply ask and we will endeavour to make your wish come true. Each service is organised on a pre-agreed quote and availability.
Before and during your stay at Etxola, our team is available to organise the following:
- Pre-arrival shopping delivery: we will let you order online at the local supermarket and we will make sure it is at the villa when you arrive.
- Kids set: whether it is a high chair or a baby cot, we will have it cleaned and ready for you.
- Babysitting: it is most difficult to find a nanny once on-site, simply let us know the date, number of hours, number, and age of kids and we will organise this for you.
- Housekeeping: when staying at Etxola, you have the benefit of a mid-stay and departure cleaning. You can simply let us know if you wish someone to come more regularly.
- Chef service: it is just too tempting to indulge in having your own private and talented chef cooking at home. All menus are designed with your favorite ingredients sourced locally. Catering services for larger groups are also provided.
- In-Villa yoga & massage: there is nothing better than having a private yoga or fitness session on the villa deck or on the grass by the pool to start your day. We also work with a professional masseur for that genuine relaxation.
Life also happens outside of Etxola, and our concierge uses the most reputed suppliers for all activities.
- Bicycle rental: with over 60km of bicycle trails and heavy traffic during the season, bicycles are the favorite means of transportation in Le Cap Ferret. Etxola also has a charging station for electric bikes at the car park. It is best to book ahead as demand is very high.
- Restaurants bookings: like every renowned destination, one can expect to see the best tables booked quickly. Let our team recommend and book you the ideal restaurants and plan your gourmet experience with you.
- Transfers: there are no taxis in Le Cap Ferret so it is best to organise a transfer from the Bordeaux airport or train station if you do not wish to hire a car.
- Boat taxis: you can reach the dune of Pilat by road through dense traffic, or use one of our boat taxis for an added perspective from the sea. Best to book in advance.
- Boat rental: we can provide skippered and non-skippered boat rental as well as smaller boats that do not require a license. Others would just prefer a tour of the Arcachon bay on a traditional boat, with all modern comforts and a cabin.
